This role requires someone who can work hands-on across the full range of HR and strategic business functions and develop and maintain important relationships with key stakeholders.A key responsibility of this role is the establishment of a strong and effective relationship with your client group ensuring that they have the right people with the right skills in place at the right time to maximise business effectiveness, cost efficiencies and client experience.You will support and partner with Land Surveys Divisions in the effective management of people and provide advice on the implementation, management evaluation and improvement of all people related processes and plans. This includes aligning business and people strategies with legislative and organisational requirements, supporting capability and development building, change programs and managing under-performance and advising on matters relating to employment conditions and policy interpretation.To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in managing a range of people-related activities including workforce planning and reporting, organisation design and change, talent management and performance management.You will have experience in partnering with business areas to identify underlying organisational issues and develop effective workforce management solutions that achieve the best return on investment.You will have a successful record in the delivery of professional, contemporary, accurate and responsive advice and services, and have excellent stakeholder and communication skills, including facilitation and negotiation skills.Please note, the successful candidate will need to have an unrestricted right to work in Australia as we are not providing sponsorship for this role.
