This role will provide administrative support to our business in the areas of operational health, safety, environment, and quality. The successful candidate will have proven experience within the construction and or mining Industry and will provide support to our site personnel, HSEQ department, and management.  Key Responsibilities:This role will be reporting to the HSEQ Lead and will be responsible for the daily administrative tasks associated with the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality requirements of the business as well as contribute to some exciting project-specific work.Provide administration support to assist HSEQ teams to implement and maintain HSEQ management systems;Facilitate HSEQ meetings and organise monthly reports/trendsReview and update HSEQ documentation/procedures as and when requiredAssist in facilitating and coordinating HSEQ training sessionsBuild a rapport with Business Unit Managers to integrate department goals with work health and safety requirementsAssist in reviewing and updating SWMS with relevant stakeholders.Facilitate and participate in the incident investigation process and ensure the Incident Management System is kept up to date with all relevant information.Action management and follow-up with internal stakeholders.Facilitating and participating in HAZID workshops / Construction Risk Assessment Workshops (CRAWs) / project risk assessments.Assist with workplace inspections facilitate emergency evacuation drills and implement improvements.Assist with the Land Surveys audit and certification processes with conducting internal management system audits.Providing HSEQ tender support as required.Assist in developing toolbox presentations / management review / HSE alertsAssist with the analysis and trending of HSE statistics for reporting purposes.Actively promote Mental Health Wellbeing in the workplace through structured activities, dissemination of information, and promotion of our EAPThe Essentials:A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar roleA thorough understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management system guidance Working knowledge of WHS legislation on a national level (desirable)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work autonomouslyThe Who:If this sounds like you and you are seeking an autonomous challenging role during an exciting time of growth, with ongoing support and development within a friendly team please #APPLYTODAY and submit your application including your cover letter and resume.Applicants must either be an Australian citizen or hold a Permanent residency visa with no work restrictions.
