SUMMARY OF POSITION This position is responsible for executing property condition/ dilapidation surveys within Melbourne Metropolitan area. The focus for this role always, is centered on internal and external relationships (long term outcomes) rather than transactions (short term gains), that provides for Profitability, Sustainability, Growth, Stability & Enjoyment of the Company’s future. RELATIONSHIP & AUTHORITIES: Reports to the Dilapidation Services Coordinator Works closely with the Victoria Operations ManagerWorks closely with Dilapidation Admin AssistantQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Previous experience with dilapidation services - ideal but not required White Card for entry to construction sites (if required)Basic level Microsoft office, including Word, Excel, OutlookBasic photography skills and good with new technologygood customer relation skillstraining to be provided Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of field dilapidation surveys.Support the processing of survey data and generation of deliverables.Help monitor and plan resources for projects.Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.Assist in implementing quality control and tracking systems.Provide technical support and documentation to surveyors.Help review and update survey guidelines and procedures.Participate in internal and external audits.Ensure compliance with BMS standards and contractual obligations.Train and support field staff in conducting dilapidation surveys.Report hazards, incidents, and injuries to management.Assist with risk assessments and HSEQ management tasks Other duties as directed and within the scope of the role, requirement of the business or capabilities of the individual are a requirement of this role AUD Melbourne 3004

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
