You must have an adaptable approach to your work and be willing to help out in other areas requiring support when required.About the roleThe Recruitment Officer will be responsible for coordinating the entire internal, national end-to-end recruitment process of Professionals across the business. This role reports directly to the Senior HR Advisor and works closely with the HR, Marketing, HSEQ and Management team. Facilitate the smooth processing of recruitment and selection activities including job ad writing and posting, phone screening, organising interviews and progressing offers.Sourcing of 'passive' candidatesCoordinating the on-boarding and induction process for all new staffMaintaining an awareness of employment market constraints ensuring optimum manning levels are achieved at all timesManage peaks and troughs within the recruitment life-cycle successfully and autonomouslyEnsure excellent communication with payroll and Line Managers to ensure all onboarding & off-boarding is completed efficiently and effectivelyMaintain and file employment records related to workforce planning Liaise professionally with all managers and other departments to promote a right-first-time approach and quickly resolve outstanding issuesContinually update and maintain all related internal ATS and HRIS systemsMonthly reportingAd-hoc support to the HR teamPart-time work arrangements will be considered for the right applicant.To be considered for this role, you will need to have full working rights in Australia as we will not be offering sponsorship for this role.Applications without a Cover Letter will not be considered.
