The roleWith projects and clients growing, we are looking for a customer and delivery focused Survey Project Manager based in Perth who is proactive in delivering on our client’s expectations. You will work closely with all internal and external stakeholders and work to maintain the dynamic team culture at Land Surveys.Your job As a Survey Project Manager, you will manage key projects and work with our clients and our surveyors on delivering to specific project requirements and contribute to the development of our brand.The following undertakings are part of your remit:Quoting and delivering/managing short and long term infrastructure projectsDeveloping and managing client relationships (Key Account Management)Organising and managing survey crews during field work campaignsCollating and delivering final outputs of work to clientsDriving commercial and safety success at all stages of projectsGenerating and reviewing tenders and proposalsManaging teams and communications internally and externallyDeveloping the project, governance and commercial acumen of our teamsLeading or participating in key projects, ensuring learnings are sharedYour skills/qualificationsIn line with our philosophy, you’ll have a "no problems just solutions" attitude. You’ll also need:A minimum advanced diploma or bachelor’s degree in surveying and/or project managementHave a surveying background with minimum of 5+ years’ experienceProven data project management experienceDriven to meet targets and motivate/manage a teamA current WA driver’s licenceSoftware experience with 12D and LisCAD applicationsExperience in best-practice control installation, survey checks and network adjustmentsHardware experience with Leica/Trimble Total Stations, GPS and Laser ScanningA strong balance of customer service skills and technical proficiencyExperience working on MRWA and PTA projects is desired but not essentialYour dealYou’ll have access to stable and ongoing work across a variety of long-run projects.
